Just back frm college and finish my lunch~
Today i gt a new experience (Blood Donation) at college student hall.
After class i join Seng Kong together at canteen, after he finish his lunch then we go for blood donate together =)
Before tht, i'm feel scary bcoz this my 1st times donate the blood. Somemore the naughty Seng Kong keep intimidate me.
Firstly,the health care workers help me check my blood pressure and the blood type.
After settle all of this,then start donate the blood. It take times about 10 min.
I didnt feel any painful when the syringe insert into my veins.=)
When finish blood donate we receive some rewards frm the department, inside tht are some biscuit and drink.

At last, i at here need to say thanks to Seng Kong, bcos he gv me a chance and accompany me for trying this meaningful activity.
Without his accompany and encourage,i think i ll escape already, xD.
Furthermore, thanks to my dearest Joyce, after the blood donation she come back college fetch me back to hostel.
If not i think i already faint on the floor.
I encourage tht someone who stil don't hv this experience go and try this meanigful activity.
